My Clients
Help a borrower complete an application, upload documents, or fix a login — right on their device.
Give the client the link above — it's permanent, so you can keep it in a text template. It auto-detects their device and speaks English, Portuguese or Spanish.
Get their code: in the console open the Client Support group → Invite Codes. Read the code to them over the phone — only that code starts a session, so the link alone is harmless if it's forwarded.
Computer (Win/Mac): they enter the code, run the small support app, and appear in your Client Support list. Connect, they click Allow, and a banner stays visible the whole session.
Phone (iPhone/Android): the page tells them there's nothing to install and to expect a screen-share — put them on a video call and guide them.
When you're done: remove the device from the Client Support group so nothing persists.

SCREEN-SHARE
Every client session is consent-based and one-time: the client explicitly runs the app or shares their screen, and access ends when the session closes. No borrower device is ever silently accessed.
